8 Wim Hof Protocol Breathing

3 rounds of breathing; 30x active inhale, 30 passive exhales (like a sigh) last full cycle; full inhale, FULL exhale, then full inhale and passive exhale then HOLD the breath (no force) can hold up to 1-3 mins then when you feel the urge to breathe, fully inhale and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat.
