How does The Evolve Mastermind work?

• You’ll attend a monthly in person meeting, led by me, to learn from the group’s high-level expertise.
• Attend spotlight sessions to find fast solutions for business challenges.
• In between Mastermind sessions, I’ll tap into my network to speed up your business growth.
• Every other month an expert guest speaker joins the group to deliver a workshop on high-impact business strategy. This is the place to think (and dream) beyond the day to day running of your business.
• Expect LOTS of accountability – you’ll need to be open with your numbers and expect to be challenged during the Mastermind days and in our private WhatsApp group.

What’s included in The Evolve Mastermind:

• 12 Mastermind Days: Including half-day workshops from an external business expert including workshop materials.
• Accountability via WhatsApp Group: Our dedicated WhatsApp group will serve as a platform for ongoing support, collaboration, and accountability. Sharing your progress and challenges.
• Review and Reset: Regular evaluations of your progress will be conducted, enabling us to celebrate your achievements and identify areas for further growth.
• Weekly Drop-in Clinics: These optional-to-attend, weekly-themed clinics enable you to drop in when you need to focus on specific principles and tools to give you the support you need on goal setting, time mastery, mindset and accountability tools.

New for 2025

• Bigger groups, better masterminding: In Spring 2025, we will be creating a bigger group, changing the format of The Evolve mastermind for the better. A bigger group will mean more relationships can be developed but smaller, challenge-specific masterminding tables will be curated therefore meaning you get more from the day based on your situation. Each table will be facilitated by Will, a Support Coach or a Mastermind Mentor.
• Mastermind Mentors: 2025 sees the introduction of hand-selected mentors to help facilitate you getting the results you want in your life and business. They are former clients of Will’s who have successfully worked with him to exit their business.
• Evolution Online Platform: You will have access to our brand new online platform, Evolution, which is your digital vault of knowledge and wisdom. It will have digital training courses on core principles of Will’s as well as recording of speakers at The Evolve Mastermind. You will also be able to give your team access.
